How to Use:
This stock-level essence can be taken directly from the bottle or diluted into a treatment bottle with up to six other essences from this range to create a personalised blend. Custom blends are available here.
The recommended dosage when taking directly from the stock bottle is four drops at least four times a day, particularly on waking and before bedtime. In acute situations, the essence may be taken more frequently.
